TOUR 3 : TRENDY ISTANBUL

(15th April 2010 – Tour for accompanying person)

(09h00 – 15h30) Istanbul is a bustling, sprawling metropolis with more than 15 million people, in touch with the latest European fashions and trends but also at ease with its own past. This big and old city contains diverse scenes of several kinds of lives – from different nationalities, different economical and cultural levels.. In all these contrasts anyone curious enough can find out colorful stories the city hides. Today, guests will have the chance to find out more about the other face of Istanbul – the modern and trendy corners of the city. 

Guests will be visit Nisantasi where history unites with modern and trendy there will be more to follow through. Guests will walk through the famous streets of Nisantasi where they will see the most famous brands - Tod’s, Cartier, Armani, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent etc...– and go through posh shops and cafes.. The little streets with historical buildings and modern shops will lead them to a famous and trendy cafe/restaurant where the sightseeing ends and where they will have lunch. 

After lunch guests will visit the Istanbul Modern Museum (*).
